Refund policy
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have a month after receiving your item(s) to request a return/exchange. So please try it on and make sure you like the fit when your items arrive and before laundering.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them, unworn or unused, and can use the original packaging for return. You’ll also need the order number in order for us to process your request.
*Please note that returns and exchanges are not available for any article with custom embroidery.

Exchanges
Reach out via email with your order information and exchange details and we'll be happy to process an exchange in size or color. Reach out to orders@saysscrubs.com. We will issue you a shipping label to return the items free of charge.
Returns
Reach out via email with your order information and items you wish to return and we'll issue you a return shipping label. Reach out to orders@saysscrubs.com to get this started. Please note that the cost of the standard shipping label will be deducted from your refund to accommodate the ease of return.
Refunds
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days from the receipt of your return items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. As stated above, the cost of the standard shipping label will be deducted from your total refund. If items returned are worn or damaged, understand that we will not be able to process a refund/return.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve processed your return, please contact us at orders@saysscrubs.com for an update.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items in your order are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
