While the U.S. continues to fall behind other developed nations in maternal health outcomes, the March of Dimes Mom & Baby Mobile Health Centers are proving that expanding access can save lives. By bringing prenatal, postpartum, and infant care directly to underserved communities, they're improving outcomes where the need is greatest.
